• Comment: I have extensive experience with self-inflicted renovations and repairs of aging infrastructure. In this episode, a slow leak in an interior wall that over time caused extensive damage and mold. I obtained three quotes and JRCC was literally just right on the scope of repairs desired and cost (one of the estimates recommended a full-scale move-out for two weeks remodel and quoted accordingly...that was an easy dismiss). The entire experience from inspection, communication, written agreements, estimated project duration, and completion, was smooth. This is the first time I've dealt with contractors I didn't have to pester to stay on schedule. JRCC's Lucas and Manuel responded to phone calls promptly, protected the traffic areas without being asked, cleaned up after themselves, and conducted the work like it was their own homes. Given this experience, they will be my go-to company for future projects.
