• Comment: After a recent rainstorm we found water dripping from the vent in our microwave. A water feature in your microwave is not what we wanted.
  
  We called JRCC based on the reviews we read. They sent someone the same day to inspect the microwave, vent stack, cabinets, dry wall and attic space for the leak and any water damage. The inspector was prompt and professional. Dom walked us through the inspection process, what he was looking for and what to expect.
  
  Fortunately for us, we had a good outcome, no water damage! Rain coming down sideways is tough to keep out and we'll be contacting an HVAC company to change out the roof vent. We can sleep better knowing that there's no water damage.
