Comment: Our kitchen island leaked into our kitchen & dining room floor. I contacted my friend whose son, Gabe works for JRCC. Gabe made a phone call and Matthew called me the next morning and came over. He was very polite and professional. He made a stressful situation into a much more tolerable situation. Matthew worked directly with our insurance company, which was such a relief!
