• Comment: I was vacationing in Mexico over Christmas. Unfortunately, I experienced a flood due to a frozen pipe. It had been flowing for days prior to a friend discovering the issue while checking on our house.
  We called JRCC late at night and they responded so fast and had a plan presented to us early the next morning.
  I called the insurance and our adjuster said they have worked with JRCC in the past. So we were insureded we were in great hands and be well taken care of.
  We have decided to spend the winter in Mexico until all repairs are completed.
  Thank you, Zack, for everything you have helped with and pointing in the correct decision for a contractor to complete the work.
  Thank you to all the team at JRCC, I feel so lucky to have called you first. If i could give 10 stars I would have done it.
