The customer required emergency intervention following a significant flooding event that impacted her crawlspaces and garage. The water intrusion necessitated immediate extraction, removal of contaminated insulation, and professional drying to prevent structural damage and microbial growth.

Our team started with implementing a rapid-response mitigation and decontamination strategy. This included: high-capacity water extraction and pumping to remove standing water from multiple crawlspace sections; removal of all saturated insulation, scraping of utility crawlspace floors to remove debris, and management of contaminated contents; deployment of industrial drying equipment and fans with daily monitoring until dry standards were achieved; and application of professional-grade antibacterial and antimicrobial treatments, along with asbestos sampling and testing, to ensure a safe and compliant environment.
