The customer required urgent basement restoration and foundation repair following water intrusion. The primary issue was a penetration in the foundation wall that was causing leaks, necessitating professional sealing, moisture mitigation, and the reconstruction of damaged interior walls and closet shelving.
Our team executed a comprehensive multi-day restoration and waterproofing project. Excavated wall sections to access the leak, cleaned the penetration, and sealed the foundation hole using hydraulic cement and multiple coats of Drylok water-resistant paint. Performed flood cuts, installed new sheetrock, and applied a professional three-coat mud and texture finish. We custom-fabricated and installed a new closet shelving unit, wall panels, and door jambs. Installed new baseboards and casing, performed professional caulking, and painted the walls and trim to match the existing interior. Lastly reinstalled the bypass closet doors, relayed the carpet, and ensured a total site clean-up and debris removal.
