The customer, TJ, required an intensive biohazard remediation and specialized estate clean-out. The property contained significant amounts of biohazardous waste (including blood-borne pathogen concerns), accumulated garbage, and soiled surfaces throughout the kitchen, garage, and outdoor living areas that required professional decontamination.

Our team started with cleaning heavy garbage and biohazard waste from the garage, kitchen, back porch, and exterior perimeter. This included disposing of all food items, furniture, and personal effects in the closets and balcony. Then performed a specialized bio-wash in the garage followed by an application of Envirocide to neutralize blood-borne pathogens. Stripped the kitchen of all waste and performed a multi-stage deep clean of cabinets, counters, and appliances (excluding the fridge) using Simple Green, followed by two rounds of medical-grade antibacterial, antimicrobial, and Envirocide disinfectants. Removed affected carpet and padding while treating the surrounding flooring with disinfectants. Sprayed entryway carpets with Envirocide to ensure a safe transition zone. Conducted mold remediation in designated areas and handled the disposal of all soiled cleaning materials, ramboard, and protective plywood according to biohazard protocols.
