The customer contacted us due to fire and smoke damage affecting their home and personal belongings, requiring professional contents pack-out and inventory services to protect and restore salvageable items.

We performed a full contents pack-out service following IICRC standards and company protocols. After conducting an initial walkthrough with the homeowner, we identified affected areas and documented all contents with detailed photos and inventory tracking using the Contents Track application. Our technician utilized proper PPE while carefully wrapping, packing, and boxing items to prevent further damage. Fragile items, including kitchenware, were labeled and handled with extra care. All boxes were clearly labeled to maintain accurate tracking and chain of custody. Contents were securely loaded into an enclosed trailer for safe transport and staging, then prepared for relocation to our storage and cleaning facility for further processing. Additional documentation and notes were uploaded to the job file, ensuring full transparency for insurance and restoration purposes.
