The customer contacted us due to water damage and visible mold growth in their bathroom area, which required demolition and remediation to prevent further structural damage and health concerns.

We began the demolition and mitigation process by removing the toilet to create a safe workspace and taking out the existing flooring. The insulation was inspected and left in place as it was dry and mold-free. All mold-affected drywall was carefully removed and documented. We then cut out the damaged sections of the subfloor, installed replacement materials, and secured them properly. All work was documented.
